Spencer D. Rand

Based in Washington, D.C., Mr. Rand assists in research and analysis with the firm's operational review department.

Prior to joining IFS in 2006, he worked as an analyst for IBM in their Global Business Services division. At IBM he analyzed survey data and financial data for the United States Postal Service (USPS) and was also awarded the USPS Account Quarterly Excellence Award for Quarter 3 of 2005.

Mr. Rand graduated from Principia College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Level III Candidate.
