John Citti

John Citti joined the Newark office of IFS in June 2006 where he is responsible for financial reporting, tax, and treasury matters. He brings over 20 years of financial management experience.

Prior to IFS, he was treasurer for Party City Corporation, a specialty retailer with stores nationwide. His responsibilities included capital markets, bank relationships, risk management and tax compliance. Earlier he was a portfolio manager for Automatic Data Processing where he directed several fixed income portfolios in the U.S. and Canada which invested in corporate and municipal securities. Before ADP, he worked for Western Union where he managed several automation and cost reduction initiatives that contributed to the turn around of a significant subsidiary.

He earned a Master of International Management degree from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management and a BA from Franklin and Marshall College. He holds the CPA and CCM designations.
