Marc D. Becker, CFA

Based in Washington, D.C., Mr. Becker assists in measurement and evaluation of investment performance, asset allocation, and other financial research and analysis.

Prior to joining IFS in August 2003, Mr. Becker worked as an Analyst at Economic Analysis Group, Ltd., where he prepared profit/(loss) analysis reports analyzing the historical investment performance of brokerage accounts in support of litigation projects. He also prepared ad hoc reports such as tracking cash flows between accounts in money laundering disputes and preparing hypothetical investment returns. Prior to working at E.A.G., Mr. Becker worked as an Analyst Intern at American Express Financial Advisors, where he assisted in the preparation of financial plans and attended first-year advisor training sessions on various subjects such as estate planning, retirement planning and investment strategies.

Mr. Becker graduated from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Finance Concentration). He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute
