IFS has been selected to act as independent fiduciary for the ADC Telecommunications Retirement Savings Plan to determine in the context of a tender offer by Tyco whether the ADC Plan trustee should act in accordance with the plan document and follow a participant’s direction on whether or not to tender his or her shares.
