IFS Adds Vice President

IFS welcomes Christopher Jarmush who joined the firm in December 2007 as Vice President in our Washington, DC office. Chris was previously employed at T. Rowe Price as Vice President and Manager of Investment Information and Research. Prior to T. Rowe Price, Chris directed investment consulting services for Schwab Institutional and Deliotte & Touche, and managed institutional investment portfolios at Key Asset Advisors.

Joseph Stevens

Joseph Stevens joined the firm in October 2007 as an analyst in our Washington, DC office. Joe was previously employed at T. Rowe Price as a Senior Associate in Trade Support.

Meredith Davis

Meredith Davis joined IFS in September as an Executive Assistant, in our Washington D.C. office. Meredith was previously the Office Administrator for Cel-Sci Inc. Meredith is providing executive administrative support to various members of the IFS leadership team.

Jennifer A. Cooper

Jennifer A. Cooper, CFA, CEBS joined IFS in September of 2007 as Vice President of Business Development. She brings to the firm 20 years of hands-on experience in the institutional investor community. Ms. Cooper began her professional career with the Houston Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund where she served as Executive Director. She was responsible for the investment, administrative, legislative, actuarial, and public relations programs for a $1.6 billion retirement system.

James (Jim) Bungerz

James (Jim) Bungerz joined IFS in September 2007 as a Vice President in its Fiduciary Decisionmaking practice. He is based in the company's Newark, NJ office. Jim brings more than 15-years of investment management and research experience to IFS developed from both the buy-side and sell-side in the capital markets. Prior to joining the company, Jim managed a $9 billion fixed income portfolio for defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans and other institutional clients of Times Square Capital Management in New York City.

Trevor Neale

Trevor Neale joined IFS at the start of second quarter as an Analyst in our Washington, D.C. office. Trevor was previously a Trade Specialist with Cargill Investor Services.

Alan Stiles

Alan Stiles joined IFS at the start of the second quarter as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Alan was previously the Chief of Staff for Freedom Information Systems and prior to that the Director of Administration for McKinsey & Company's Washington D.C. office. He also previously held a variety of executive management positions across the country with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.

Derek Simpkins

Derek Simpkins joined IFS at the end of the first quarter as an Analyst in our Washington, D.C. office. Derek was previously a Senior Investment Associate with Cambridge Associates in Arlington, VA where he managed a team of four associates responsible for investment performance reporting.

Roger A. Zions

IFS recently hired Roger A. Zions as an IT Specialist in our Washington, DC office.

Irving P. Rotkowitz

IFS recently hired Irving P. Rotkowitz as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Rotkowitz has had a 35 year career in the pension and investment business. At IFS he will be involved in retainer consulting, Operational Reviews and internal operational matters. Before joining IFS, he was an Account Manager and Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer Capital, responsible for many of the firm's largest jointly trusteed clients. Prior to joining Oppenheimer, he had an extensive career with the Segal Company, both in the investment consulting group (Segal Advisors) and as an actuary.
